The Coatesville Christmas Parade will march down Lincoln Highway in Coatesville on Saturday, December 2nd at 10 AM.
West Chester’s famous hometown Christmas Parade is back! Parade goers can expect Chester County’s favorite performers as well as a variety of notable newcomers to our incredible family parade experience. This year: More marching bands by popular demand, as well as award-winning floats, sparkling performances, and of course – Santa’s much-anticipated appearance!
Santa lets his reindeer rest for the upcoming big day and instead arrives at 11 a.m. aboard a helicopter ready to hear children's wish lists in our colorful Santa's Workshop. Bring your cameras to take pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, too!
On Saturday, December 7th at 2:00pm Eagleview Town Center’s annual Holiday Spectacular concert and tree lighting will take place. Community members are invited to enjoy a performance from the students of music education center, Valotta Studios, as well as performances by popular local artists. The event will also include gingerbread decorating, a s’mores station, a visit from Santa, the chance to win raffle prizes, and more festive activities.
Join us on weekends for family-friendly events, including visits from Santa & his Reindeer, food trucks, and bonfires complete with marshmallow roasting. Hot chocolate, beer & wine are all offered throughout weekend festivities.
The holidays will arrive early to the Brandywine Museum of Art this season with the return of the Brandywine Railroad holiday train display, plus a new exhibition that will highlight the miniature worlds created and loved by the Wyeth family of artists—including two additional model train displays that will delight visitors of all ages.

All aboard Santa's Express! Join Santa for a 75-minute journey on our heated, decorated train through the Chester Creek Valley. Santa will be greeting everyone at Market Street Station and then going along for the ride to Glen Mills and return. Santa will be visiting all passengers while on the train. Make sure you bring your holiday lists with you so Santa can check them twice!
Join us and kick off the holiday season with a festive day of live music, fresh Christmas trees, fire pits, a local artisan gift market, kids’ facepaint, tasty treats, savory eats, and more!
ELF The Broadway Musical is the story of Buddy, who mistakenly crawled into Santa's bag as a baby and was raised as an elf! Buddy is unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. What's an adopted elf to do when he realizes his father is on Santa's 'naughty' list and his half-brother doesn't believe that there is a Santa Claus? It's up to Buddy to save Christmas in this hilarious and charming Broadway musical!
A Christmas tradition since 1959, Strasburg Rail Road welcomes a very special visitor every November and December. That’s right, Santa himself will climb aboard the historic steam train to greet families as they travel down the tracks to Paradise, PA and back. As a special treat, children ages 11 and under will receive a gift from Santa and his helper during this nostalgic 45-minute steam train ride.

The Gingerbread Competition & Display at Peddler’s Village is a feast for the eyes with more than 100 creative and whimsical entries crafted by the public in different categories. The gingerbread entries will be on exhibit during shopping hours from November 15 through January 19, 2025 in the Visitor & Event Center. Admission is free.

Imagination Street a new play space that kids and parents can enjoy together. For kids (ages 0–9), it is a meaningful, hands-on play experience in nine, interactive, themed playhouses that form a “city” to explore. For parents, there’s a cafe-style lounge to gather, drink coffee, or get some work done. Because the space is an open concept, parents are in close proximity of their children the entire time. They offer open play sessions, private parties, events, and more.
