2024 Fireworks and 4th of July Celebrations in Chester County and the Philadelphia Area

Below is a list of parades, events, and fireworks in the Chester County area. Don't forget the Wawa Welcome America celebration in Philadelphia that includes a parade on July 4th, concerts, and outdoor movies. Click here for the calendar of events in Philadelphia.

Saturday, June 29th

Elverson Day in the Park 

Live music, food trucks, 5k race, pony rides, face painting, and fireworks display at Livingood Park.  Rain Date June 30th.

EGT Day

Come out to beautiful East Goshen Park and start the summer with a “bang”! The fun-filled event includes moon bounces, live music, health screenings, a helicopter landing, a petting zoo, surprises, and ten food trucks serving a delicious bevy of options! The night ends with a spectacular fireworks display extending over the Applebrook Park vista!

Fireworks & Fountains Show at Longwood Gardens

Friday, July 5th

Phoenixville Fireworks

The 2024 Phoenixville Fireworks will be held on Saturday, July 2nd, at approximately 9:15 pm at Dayton Street Field in Phoenixville, PA.

North Coventry Township

The Norco Fire Company holds its annual July fair on the Fire Company Grounds. This year's fair is July 1-6, and the fireworks are on Friday, July 5, starting at 9:30 p.m.

Tuesday, July 4th

Downingtown Good Neighbor Day

Start the day with the Run for Life (5K, 10K & 15K) and 5K Freedom Walk at 8 am. Then enjoy fabulous food, crafts, music, bike decorating, and lots of other fun activities, all benefitting area emergency providers. Finish off the fun day with fireworks.

Pottstown's GoFourth Celebration

Family Friendly events are planned throughout the day, and fireworks are slated for 9 p.m

Saturday, July 13th

Exton Park Community Day

The County of Chester and West Whiteland Township will host a Community Day Celebration at Exton Park. The event will feature live music, food truck vendors, kids' activities, a vendor fair, a touch-a-truck area, and more! Fireworks at 7 pm.
