Thursdays, October 11 through November 15 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Each week features a different story and art activity. Children may participate in one or all of these tours, designed for children ages 3 to 6 accompanied by an adult.

November 1 - The Gift of the Tree by Alvin Tresselt, illustrated by Henri Sorensen
November 8 - The Little Red Hen by Jerry Pinkney
November 15 - Balloons over Broadway by Melissa Sweet
Workshops are free for members and children under age 6, and are included with Museum admission ($12, adults; $8, seniors; $6, students, and children ages 6 to 12). Exhibiting American art in a 19th-century grist mill, the Brandywine River Museum is internationally known for its unparalleled collection of works by three generations of Wyeths and its fine collection of American illustration, still life and landscape painting.
The Brandywine River Museum is located on U.S. Route 1 in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. The museum is open daily, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for Christmas Day.
