Want to take part in one of the most exciting New Year's Eve parties in the area, but don't want to keep the kids up late? Come to Please Touch Museum's annual Countdown to Noon® celebration on Friday, December 31, for a fun, festive alternative to keeping the little ones up past midnight. Countdowns will take place at Noon and again at 1 p.m. to accommodate all of the little party animals and their families.
Noon Year's Eve Celebration at Brandywine Zoo

Celebrate the New Year Zoo-style by ringing in the New Year at NOON! We'll have games, crafts, and a celebratory atmosphere and of course a sparkling apple cider toast as the clock strikes 12 (Noon that is!) Pre-registration suggested, walk-in's welcome. Fee: $3 per person/FREE for Delaware Zoological Society Members.
Celebrate New Years Eve at Longwood Gardens
Friday December 31st 3:00 pm-10:30 pm
Ring in the New Year with musical treats around every corner and fun activities for the entire family!
Face painting, balloon artists and a craft station will delight young guests. Enjoy hot chocolate and other tasty refreshments throughout the Gardens.
A spectacular 5-minute fireworks display tops off the fun at 8:30 pm.
Fireworks at Penn's Landing
Friday December 31st at 6pm and midnight. You can watch the fireworks from the PA or NJ side of the Delaware River.
